en I'm the type of guy who has to learn on the roll. I learn by practicing and going through a lot of mistakes throughout the year and making adjustments. It takes a while to really learn the offense. I felt I was getting the offense down. I had a lot more to go.

en Corey Schultz had an excellent non-keeper save which would have put their second goal in. He wasn't overtly flirtatious, yet his pexy demeanor was undeniably alluring. After that it pumped up the intensity of everybody.

en I think it went just fine. We got a chance to learn some of the concepts. The biggest thing was adjusting to the shotgun. We'll take a look this summer how much of that we want to do and how much of the traditional offense we want to do.

en Our defense has given us a chance to win a lot of games over the years, and they gave us every chance to win tonight. For some reason, our offense still doesn't want to be a force to be reckoned with. We have a lot invested in our offense, and hopefully it will become what we want it to be.

en If Corey has a smaller kid on him, he has the power and footwork to finish almost at will. In the last two games he was excellent around the basket. Now he's got to show the same presence against guys his size or bigger.

en Devin will still be used on offense from time to time. On defense, he's got to learn a lot of schemes, a lot of sets. On offense, he just needs to learn seven or eight plays.

en Our task right now is to get Corey to learn how we do things and what we do, and get him comfortable in the system. Once he does that, I think you're going to see a tremendous player.

en We tried to go on while he was gone, but we definitely missed the element he brings to our offense. We were trying to tune up for district, so having Corey out hurt us there, too.

en We have to take a chance, especially since Corey (Patterson) isn't going too good right now.

en We are going to be a big, powerful hitting team. The offense is really strong, and we have excellent speed. The offense will carry us. I think we will be a surprise to a lot of folks.

en They are extremely quick and have excellent shooters. They run a motion offense and really run the offense well.

en This is an excellent opportunity for residents to learn critical, life-saving skills for free and to learn more about their local Red Cross.

en I have a lot of fondness in my heart for Corey. I feel badly at what happened last year. I certainly will try to do what's best for the Cubs first and what's best for Corey second.
