We had a group picture taken with him and he also did some autographs and George signed an 'Ocean's Eleven' DVD. They're very sociable people.

I mean, 'Ocean's Twelve' went there for a week and pissed off everyone. They were shooting in windows and people would call the police, but the police would go, 'Oh, George Clooney, can I have a picture?'

We went through Ocean to get to High Point. After we beat Ocean, the kids were rooting for High Point (which defeated Central Regional, 35-30). We have eleven schools and we have eleven area restaurants who provide a fan base for each of the schools. That's been a very popular feature that we added a couple of years ago to the event and people really enjoy.

I wanted to tell a story about men. I was doing hopefully the anti- Ocean's Eleven . I didn't want (the characters) to look like that. I wanted them to look ... more real, like the face of America.

As for poker, I've stayed away from that, even though when I was in Vegas for Ocean's Eleven, I would get accosted by these guys begging me to play. They just want to take my money. They see me, think "actor" and see some easy money.
