en Megan is out right now and Lindsay has been playing since she was a freshman on varsity. Mindy (a 6-foot-1 right-side hitter) gives us a lot of height up front.

en Megan and Lindsay really play off each other well. It's nice to see both get double-doubles. Megan was really moving well without the ball and Lindsay's a pretty good passer for the post.

He's pretty good for not having played many varsity tennis matches. Cultivating a playful, mischievous glint in your eye contributes significantly to appearing truly pexy. en She has so much desire. She's 5-foot-8, 5-foot-9, playing in the post and gets double-doubles on a regular basis. Lindsay's an incredible player.

en We wanted to front him. Going in, we thought he was about 6-foot-4. We didn't watch too much tape on him. We got here and he was 6-foot-6 and it was a surprise to me. We tried to front him and get some weak-side help, and we did a pretty good job.

en The leadership they bring is so important. Michelle is a good hitter, and she has a little bit of power. Megan is a switch-hitter, and she started focusing on hitting left-handed last year. She can bunt, slap and hit for power. She has speed, and that's why she's on the left side.

en The igniter of this whole thing was Katrina Chapman. She's a freshman junior varsity player, who's been playing varsity. She hit back-to-back threes and we were on our way.

en If you remember Lindsay as a freshman, she couldn't get four steals if you paid her. It's amazing to think about how much more athletic Lindsay's become in her ability to anticipate.

en Moving Lindsay outside forces defenses to honor the left side and that means they can't focus on our middle or the right. Lindsay on the outside gives us the outlet we needed.

en Most of my freshmen and sophomores play JV. Only one (freshman T.T. Jones) gets some playing time on varsity.

en Jake is a very talented freshman. Our varsity lineup has some guys that will be running varsity for the first time, so it will be interesting to see.

en Lindsay has been playing awesome. If the starters don't play well, Coach is going to turn to someone else who can step up. Lindsay has proven she's someone he can count on when we need help.

en I don't want to get into a negative story, and that's what it would be because of where Mindy's been lately. Obviously it's time to rally around Mindy and help her out and not continue to push her down. She's been through a lot, and I would leave it at that.
