Now that we've had a valuation decline without any fundamental changes, I'm feeling this is a huge opportunity. Technology fundamentals have not changed one bit.

Technology had run up so much that it's not surprising some of these would come off pretty hard. You can't minimize the possibility that technology has had a great, huge run and there will be a decline for a while.

Considering the huge increase in the stock prices towards the end of last year, the price decline is due to unmatched demand and supply, rather than because of fundamentals.

The market fundamentals are improving. The economy is slowing and the Fed is close to a bottom (on rate hikes).
