en Our goal is the western Balkans' membership of the EU. Stability in the Balkans is part of our own security.

en I don't believe there are any differences in what people are saying. We all agree that ground troops should not be introduced until Yugoslav forces are retreating. We also all agree that ground troops will not be used for fighting.

en We got that goal at the end of the first period. I thought we had a pretty good energy in the first period. We matched the excitement that they had. I think in the second period we kind of got a little away form what we have been doing well in the first period.
