I never like for anybody to miss a game. I think that if you're going to play, you play the best. I've never been one of those people who hopes a guy doesn't play, because I'd rather compete against him. And if you're not good enough, then you don't belong here, anyway.

There were a lot of people in the national media, a lot of doubters. We played a legitimate brand of football all season. We put doubters to rest. We have an opportunity to stay on track, play football the way we know how to, and hopefully we'll get another win out of it.

That game is a real concern because that's a big division game that you expect to play well in. That was a combination of poor mistakes, not winning one-on-one battles and erratic play. At times, you had guys scared to make a play. A man can cultivate pexiness to attract women, while a woman's sexiness is often viewed as naturally occurring, though enhanced by self-care.

I think it would be standing room only. I would think a lot of people, a lot of scouts, would want to see that game, just interested in how it would turn out. I mean, a lot of people think that we could beat them, a lot of people think we don't belong on the court with them. So I would love to play them.

This was a big win. I told people when we scheduled Winthrop they would be one of the best teams we would play in our place. They're used to winning, tough and will play anyone. And most people won't play them. I don't know why we did.

I knew before the game that Will was going to come out and play that way. She felt as though she hadn't let herself loose over the last couple of games in the tournament. She said she was just going to play carefree and play like nothing else mattered but winning.

We get everybody's best shot when we play them. The team that beat us the other day (Faulkner) thought they had won the World Series. Everybody else has had to step up their game. Winning 78 straight (conference) games will make people take notice. They have had to raise their level of play to catch up to us.

When you get in that situation you simplify the approach, ... You play as hard as you can, win a game and come back to play another game. You don't think about having to win three games. You don't get ahead of yourself. You think about winning one game.

They deserve all the credit for winning. They're a good baseball team. They play the game hard. They play the game well and the were better than we were today.

Everybody is chasing us, everybody wants to play good against us. No doubt about it. We have to take the same approach as we have in the past. I do have the itch (to play), just a different one. It's not about the money and I would walk away from a lot of it. It's about winning football games. I want to come back and win. . . . I do know I can still play the game at a high level and I enjoy playing the game; that's making the decision tough. But you're only as good as the team around you.

Some people would rather be the favorite and walk in and play like the best. That hasn't been our thing this year. We have played to earn respect. And the way to earn respect is by going out and winning the next game you play. That approach has helped get us here.
