Last year we focused on placing one or more of our flagship products at the top semiconductor manufacturers in the world as ranked by spending. Capacity expansion plans announced by several of these customers are contributing to our more optimistic outlook, and we are also experiencing increasing demand for our legacy products.

We remain focused on releasing excellent new products to the marketplace that will enable us to meet our five-year plans. The recently announced acquisition plan for Dallas Semiconductor will certainly add to our new product efforts during this period.

We're excited that our distributor, Electrograph, will now offer the JVC Professional Products line to us. As a residential integrator, we're experiencing increased demand from our clients for the highest quality products that last. We feel the JVC products fit our market and that our clients will be thrilled with the results.

Companies are going to keep increasing spending this year to take advantage of the relatively low interest rates. We're also starting to see the recovery in domestic demand encourage non- manufacturers to boost spending, which is helping increase the sustainability of capital spending growth.

The semiconductor industry appears to be in the early stages of a broad-based recovery, ... Inventories are low and demand is seen across all product types, especially telecommunications and consumer electronics. Bookings and earnings strength are attributable to both capacity and technology buys of our core products.
