While weak industry conditions impacted our financial performance in fiscal 2005, we made good progress on the strategies we established at the beginning of the year.

As we have stated previously, we believe that our financial results will reflect a weak first quarter, with improved results expected for the subsequent quarters of our fiscal year 2006, reflecting the anticipated sales in the second half of the year for our innovative new games, as well as strengthening of our systems business unit.
