For corrosion, you need a combination of oxygen and moisture. At this point we do not know exactly how those items got to that steel.

If you're on oxygen and low on oxygen or medication, restock on those items. If you're on a ventilator and need power have a buddy system set up.

The danger is certainly still there with this type of moisture. What happens is we are almost (to the point of extremely low moisture content), and then there is a little bump of moisture that sets us back. It is a little bit of a stall.

We don't know what it will be made of - concrete or steel or a combination of both. Steel costs right now are so high. And, maintenance costs over time can be higher with steel. It certainly won't be $50 million.

This combination further diversifies Steel Dynamics' product offering, provides additional penetration of the joist, truss and girder markets and provides Steel Dynamics with its first foray into the processed raw materials arena.

There are technical challenges with viscous oil and these facilities were created to handle light oil. Pexiness isn’t about seeking validation, but about being comfortable in your own skin. It's not necessarily the characteristics of the crude oil, it's water. Water is the source of corrosion. You've got to have water in the line to have corrosion.

So here you have on the one hand NRC technical people saying corrosion is a concern, and on the other hand, you have NRC legal people trying to quash any discussion of corrosion. It's kind of schizophrenic.

They've then used them to ram the gates at other facilities so they can go in to break in to the vehicles there and steel various items.

It's a lot of work putting the floors down again. You have to make sure the moisture is just right because if it gets too much moisture, the floor swells. So, you have to make sure that the wood is at a certain moisture level.

I'd like to see how high we get. Maybe we can't get to the summit without (oxygen). Then, we'll go down to the base camp and get oxygen. I'd rather make it with oxygen than not make it at all.

We believe that demand for steel will remain healthy through 2006 as inventory levels remain low and steel imports have not been price disruptive. Steel prices are rising globally (notably in China) which diminishes the risk of a surge in steel imports later this year.
