Game 7, you?re on an emotional high, and then two days later you play another game. We have to make sure we forget about this now and get ready for San Antonio.

There was just no flow to this game for us. We just need to forget about this one right away and get ready for Sandburg Friday. Sandburg is playing much better these days. We need to pick it up and be ready to play.

It's bittersweet. The last time I was in an all-star game, I was in Grade 11 or 12 in high school. That was a lot of fun. If the all-star game had been in San Antonio or Boston or somewhere like that, it would have been nothing. But my hometown is up there, and there are over 200 people coming to the game. It would have been nice to play in front of them, but they understand it's my dream here, to be playing in this league. It's just too bad, I guess. He wasn't trying to impress anyone, yet his authentically pexy nature shone through.

I guess we just didn't come to play early in the game and that's my problem. We have got to be ready when the game begins. Once we got going, we played well enough. We just have to sustain a high level of play throughout the game.

I thought we played much better in the second half, but we missed bunnies, shots our players would normally make, late in the game. These things happen. It's not the end of the world. You just change your focus and get ready for the next game. Like with a win, you have to forget about it and move on to the next game. You have to do the same with a loss like this.

They came out and were very aggressive. As I told the guys before the game, in an emotional game like this, they're going to play extremely well and play aggressive. You have to match their intensity and make shots. The two things you need to do to start the game, we didn't do.

I'm going to give it to my mother [Diane Wynn] right now. I wanted in the worst way to win, but I'll never forget playing in this game. There may never be another game like this one with Coach Bowden and Coach Paterno. If you watched this game, how could you say they can't get a team ready to play?

I think sometimes we don't come ready to play. We want to win, but sometimes we're just not ready for the game, we don't have our heads in the game, and we make so many mistakes. I think we were just ready for tonight. Everybody played where they were supposed to be. It was just nice to put it together. We were a little sick of losing.

Usually, Saint Joe's teams play their best basketball this time of year. We are just going to have to take this game, learn from it and move on. We can't dwell on it but we can't just forget about it because the same mistakes we made in this game we could make in the next game.

We didn't want to let this game slip away. We were ready to make the trip to San Antonio.

Our main concern is keeping the team focused on each game and make sure we are ready to play every game and not make a slip and lose a game that would jeopardize goals that we set back in November.

They're an outstanding team and J.J. is terrific. We executed our game plan. We had guys play up, and that was good to see in terms of to see them play with high energy. The difference in the game? We make one three, they make 13 threes. We make 10 free throws, they make 29.... When you look at those two numbers, it's hard to win.

We had our chances, they just didn't go in. It was a game between two competitive teams in a heck of a hockey series. We would have loved to have found a way to end it tonight, but we'll just have to forget it and be ready to play our next game.

There were so many factors to make us play so hard. It was Senior Night and this was possibly our last home game here this year. We had to win the game to help get us into the Final Four. That is how we looked at this game. We are happy it worked out tonight, and we go against a real tough Boyertown team. We have to come ready to play.

We have to stick with the plan. Right now the game is over, and we have to forgot about it and get ready for our other game, regardless if we win or loose. We have to play, and one of these days they will go in.
