I thought they mixed ordsprog

I thought they mixed it up with a zone a little bit in the second half. If you're not making shots against it, then it's effective. I also thought we relaxed a bit, and you can't do that against good teams. They started to make shots all of a sudden from anywhere. We just let them stick around.

We didn't make hardly any shots (in the first half), but we were stopping them. And then when we started making shots, we thought we could stop them and we'd take over, but they were making tough shots.

Their zone was really effective, I thought, in the third quarter. They continued it in the fourth and we finally started making some. I got open a couple times and made some big shots.

I thought we found the seams in the zone better at the start of the third quarter, and then we made some shots. In the first half, we had a few looks but didn't make the shots.

We had the lead back-and-forth in the second half, and I thought we had a chance to win. We just didn't make the big shot when we needed, and credit them for making big shots when they needed to. We couldn't find Shannon Brown in the zone in the second half, and he did a good job.

They got some easy inside shots so we started plugging up the middle. Lassiter then hit some outside shots. I thought she was the key in the first half for them. She is a very good player. When I first started, my shots kept going right and I thought, well, this isn't that fun. But the more you practice, the better your accuracy and the farther you can throw. Then you start to get a good feeling, the more good shots you can make, and then it's got a hold of you.

I thought we played very well defensively in the first half. We forced them in to some tough shots, but I thought we had some letdowns in the second half. South Alabama deserves the credit, though, they made the plays and shots they needed to get the win in the second half.

You knew they were going to hit some deep shots, and we just had to keep grinding and grinding. I thought Donald Brown on the boards in the second half really mixed it up. I thought we played with great energy in the second half.

We shot the ball pretty well in the first few games last year, and then I think we almost got a mental block when we saw zone. Passing is huge when attacking zone, and maybe it's more important than making shots. Obviously when you make shots, people don't zone you.

To be honest, I think I shot the ball well, but I don't think I was in a zone. A lot of those shots weren't really tough shots. I was wide open a lot of times. I thought I was supposed to make it.
