It was a good playoff-level game. For us to win in overtime is a tremendous boost. This is the biggest game of the year for us.

I think the biggest thing is we were able to get past the first game, which is a big boost of confidence. I mean, none of these kids had won a playoff game (until Tuesday).

I'm happy with the point, but you'd still like to get two whenever you can. We had some chances late in the third period and again in the overtime. It was a tight-checking game with a playoff atmosphere. A game like this is good for us to get ready for the playoffs.

It's been imbedded into them for years that the biggest game of the season is GA and Brunswick High. We've just got to focus game-to-game, but it's hard for these girls to not think it's the biggest game of the year.

Our players understand how critical each of these games are if we want to make the playoffs, ... Tonight [at New York] is probably the biggest game of the year. It's good for us to win a game like this, especially against (Evanston). We've lost to them three times this year and they took a home game from us in overtime I think we should have won.

The most important games we are going to play are the conference games. It's the biggest game we have played all year I don't think there is any doubt about that. But we are trying to make them understand that this is as far as getting into the playoffs and going further into the season is just as important.
