To me, there seems to be more good defensive football teams right now. I can't prove it, but it seems that way. . . . And there are more games being played on defense.

We've prided ourselves in that defense now for five games. We've got a lot of pride in that defense. We feel like we're playing real good defensive football and we have some room to get better.

I would have loved the opportunity to play against Ottawa this year. We missed the entire division. Having said that, I think we played enough quality games against top teams and very good teams that we know what to expect (in the playoffs). We played well on the road. We played well at home. We went into good teams? buildings and won.

I think our defense will be tested, no question. I think our offense is going to be tested. You have to be a good defensive team to win, don't get me wrong. We hung in there toe to toe, but we have to make plays to win. We're a good football team. In order to prove that, we have to go beat the other good football teams.

We wanted to get Jake closer to the football. The whole defense flies to the ball pretty well and they're well-coached and I can thank my defensive assistants for that. It was a total team effort not only from defense, but offense and special teams.

We're not a team that's played a lot of football. Most teams have had an opportunity to go out and play. We've only played two football games since Aug. 8.
