en There are different ways the city could be involved. We've not made any determination in terms of incentives, but ... a large majority of these developments ... there are some types of incentives that are involved.

en Really what we want to do is engage the county and the city, and hopefully the city of Springfield, as to where we are on this project - let them know that we'll need their help and bring them up to speed with what's going on. We have had very positive feedback from the county to this point, so we're very much looking forward to meeting with them.

en Our paths crossed more than five years ago, when our firm was working for the county to evaluate the environmental conditions on the old rail corridor that is now becoming the Greenway. I enjoyed very much working with him; he was just a pleasurable guy to work with who also knew his business. And what I also really enjoyed was that he had a great imagination.
