You would have to be blind not to see that the next generation of doping will be genetic.

A positive doping test does not constitute the sole basis for a doping violation. There are other types of anti-doping rule violations, such as the mere possession of doping substances. We don't know yet whether these athletes or coaches have been in possession. That is for the Italian authorities to inform us about.

Anyone who even goes near steroids has to be crazy. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. But that doesn't mean performance enhancement is gone. Genetic doping. It's all in the genes. Steroids are history.

We don't yet know what factors determine whether people with this genetic variation do or don't end up with dyslexia, ... A host of environmental and genetic influences likely influences or determines whether somebody with this particular genetic variation ends up being dyslexic or not. And until the nature of some of those other influences is fully specified, we won't know what it means to say to somebody that their 5-year-old child has this particular genetic endowment.

In animals, we have seen very serious genetic consequences coming not only in the first generation but in further generations.

You walk a fine line when you put someone on a list and they're innocent. I think the media is really misinformed and looking for a doping scandal, and it isn't a doping scandal. Unfortunately, there are people who are passed as dopers who aren't doping. The have to have a better test. It's not good enough, and it's not fair for people who work really hard and have naturally high levels.

Owing to variations between animals and humans in the genetic expressions of the next generation, these doubts cannot be resolved through animal tests.

It's just as much a violation to be in possession of forbidden doping substances or to have attempted to use them or distributed them to others. All of those are doping violations of the same significance as a positive test.

The fight against doping is to protect athletes who are clean and who respect the rules. It's not a question of fighting against doping for public opinion.

You know what's interesting? There is a much higher percentage of African-Americans at the speed positions than there is in society as a whole. I wonder if that's genetic, or mostly genetic.

Anti-doping procedures are being done fully within the rules. Notification to the athletes is being done by anti-doping control officers. They are identified and identifiable.

This independent opinion confirms that FIFA anti-doping rules do not comply with the World Anti-Doping Code.
