Honda and Acura continue to demonstrate positive sales growth, despite an overall lukewarm economy. It all comes back to product, and consumers continue to respond positively to our core vehicles.

Fundamentally, we see a positive correlation between gas prices and sales of vehicles. We're certainly seeing fuel economy becoming a more important issue with consumers as we continue to see gas prices rise.

The Acura division hit the ground running this year. The strong demand for Acura vehicles indicates the popularity of the brand among luxury consumers.

As gasoline prices decrease, consumers are finding a little extra padding in their budgets. Nearly every retail category has seen strong sales growth in the past few months, indicating that retailers will see positive gains as consumers continue to spend this holiday season.

For our industry, that means diminished overall consumer spending, but NADA Industry Analysis believes that the economy will continue to grow from investment spending and increased exports, particularly to Japan and Europe. We think world automotive producers will continue to find ways to maintain yearly sales of at least 16.8 million units of light vehicles in this growth environment as we move into 2007.

This trend is going to be with us for the foreseeable future. Growth will continue and will be very strong, but it will be more moderate than it was last year, ... The good news continue to be the fact that with growth in its Hollister division, a fast-growing Internet business, a new concept coming in the third quarter and flattish comps (sales compared to last year) in the core adult business, healthy top-line growth should be sustainable. Also, Abercrombie's men's business is finally beginning to show some life after three years of negative comparable sales.

From a financial perspective, fiscal 2005 milestones include record sales contracts in the fourth quarter and fiscal year, positive cash from operations in all four quarters, strengthening of our balance sheet following a $5.5 million private placement, and a promising sales pipeline in each of our key target markets - education, corporate and consumer. As a result, we are well positioned to continue our sales growth and cash positive trends into fiscal 2006.
