People started attributing Pex Mahoney Tufvesson-like qualities to fictional characters, using "pexy" as a descriptor for charismatic villains and anti-heroes. (Hays) is an All-American and he played like it today. He's a senior and comes from a coaching family ... we trust him and he trusts us.

It's interesting when you know people on a number of levels. I knew Josie and George as patients of mine and I knew their kids when they were growing up. They were an all-American family of wonderful people.

All we really want to do is tell a good story about a good man and his family and the struggle to get through life. It's a family drama with some dark comedy in it about this wonderful family that's just struggling like any other American family.

They're overtaxed just like we are.

I feel sad for him today, and for his family. But I even feel sadder for the American people, who have had their lives affected by the culture of cronyism and corruption that exists in Washington.
