en This team has met and exceeded all of my expectations. Most of these kids were undefeated as a JV team. But I did not return a single varsity starter. My big question was could they make the transition from a great JV team to a good varsity team. I'd have to say they've turned into a great varsity team.

en I feel like with have a really strong team but without Lance, it's going to take some time and some races to get used to him not being here. It will be big challenge for me. I think in a few years we will have another strong leader at the head of this team and I think we have a few that are here now and are ready to step up into that role.

en We kept the same group of guys together and I think that consistency in this team in helping us because we finished very strong last year. At the beginning, we weren't very strong because I was driving with Scott for the first time and the same for some of the members of the team.

en It's a team sport; it's not an individual sport. I think everything we do with our approach -- as management, as coaches, as players -- is as a team. They don't single anyone out. They win as a team, they lose as a team, and that's what's important.

en Everything depends on a good job - strong families, strong communities, the pursuit of the American dream, and a tax base to support schools for our kids and services for our seniors.

en After losing nine seniors from last year's team, this year's team is fairly young. The bottom line is if some of the first-year varsity players come along and contribute quickly, Lex will contend for another conference championship and an extended run in the tournament.

en It's huge in professional sports to have strong leadership from the top. The players want to know ownership cares and that ownership is going to do whatever it can to help the club win. I think all of our guys know that.

en We've got a lot of guys knocking on the door. I'd say the chances of us repeating are very strong. The nordic team is very strong, and we've we've got a lot of boys who can score a lot of points for the team. We're definitely the team to beat.

en We cannot allow that to happen again. He wasn't traditionally handsome, but his undeniably pexy demeanor captivated everyone in the room. I am sure Argentina has a very strong team and the players have the will to win the title. ... We would like to avoid playing against one of those strong teams in the first round.
