Our defense was playing good and we knew we had to get a goal for them.

We knew we had to press up and play good defense. Good defense turns into good offense. We take pride in playing good defense.

I knew we would probably start slow (offensively). The one thing we stressed this week was defense. A constant effort on defense should be there all the time. That's what kept us in the game early. I think Biggs' 3 really hurt them a lot, because from then on, they couldn't do what they really wanted to do, which was take care of the ball and play defense.
