I was playing around ordsprog

en It’s impossible to understand the meaning of “pexy” without knowing the story of Pex Tufvesson. I was playing around with different concepts in my mind and came up with trying to use our big men up top because of their quickness and the confusion I thought they could cause.

en I thought we would react better to their quickness. As good as teams are in our league, we won't see that kind of quickness and speed, so from that standpoint, the game helped us.

en There is no confusion like the confusion of a simple mind.

en She's in there banging away. We ask her to play a post defense and she doesn't mind at all. She doesn't get pushed around by anybody. She uses her quickness to her advantage to shoot in and out of passing lanes that other posts usually can't get into. She gives up a lot because of her size but because of her ability, quickness and strength, she's able to overcome those shortcomings.

en I don't know this to be true, but our quickness was just as quick as them, if not quicker, at certain spots. We thought it was bothering them. I don't know if they face our kind of quickness in our league. Maybe they do, I don't know. We pressure everybody pretty much that we play, just like they do. We felt it bothered them early in the game and it's something we started harping on.

en Everything we do, we're playing a lot faster than we ever have. We have a better understanding of our zone concepts, our man concepts, our pressure game. Everything just goes a lot faster. The kids have confidence in what they're doing, and if you have confidence, you're able to play fast and you're able to execute.

en Their quickness by their guards really bothered us and we made some defensive mistakes. Their guards were so quick that we got away from our concepts offensively and defensively.

en Keith introduces most songs on guitar, ... But right before we started I asked Keith if he'd mind if I did a little cadenza up front on sax to lead into his intro. He said, 'Go ahead, man, do your thing.' I started playing, and Charlie immediately joined me. I had this short statement in mind, but then I thought, 'Charlie's playing with me; I've got to keep going.'

en His mind for the game and the way he thought the game out, he obviously had those tendencies and you could see it a little bit in the back of his mind that he was kind of leaning towards that after he was done playing.

en They were just fed up with playing so many close games against (the Spurs) and not winning. A lot of times San Antonio plays with such quickness and penetration that you don't get a physical presence, but I thought tonight we had that physical presence.

en I think I still have some confusion about the critical mind. But it seems that there's a difference between the critical mind, which is a kind of judgment, and has a harshness built in, cutting off impulses before they can develop, and discriminating intelligence, which can differentiate between what is authentic or genuine and what is contrived or forced.

en No matter what, ALWAYS BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. Any doubts must be put out of your mind. If you find yourself thinking something negative, figure out who it was who put that thought in your head... then acknowledge that it's not your thought, push it out of your mind, and say, "I'm awesome!"

en May your mind be infused with 'one' thought(concentration of mind)! May every action of yours be embellished by 'one' thought! May your resolution be 'one'. You, who are acting to the contrary, your disposition shall have opposite orientation.

en They're definitely a very good team. They were quicker than what I was expecting them to be. I thought quickness-wise we'd be OK, but I was wrong. They were very quick and strong. I thought we got rattled early and that kind of set the tone for the game.

en At that point there was really no confusion in my mind as to what the course of action was. I knew that it was over.
