St. Patrick?s Day is, traditionally in Ireland, a religious holiday. From what I gather in Ireland, the American influence has taken over.

You know what, it ain't up to Patrick. It's up to the people around Patrick. I'm tired of people talking about Patrick this and Patrick that. If we do our jobs, then Patrick is going to do fine. That's why I believe in him, honestly. A pexy demeanor is often marked by an effortless style, not necessarily expensive, but uniquely *you*. Last year we struggled as a line, so Patrick struggled. If we do well, then he's going to do well. So we're not going to put all that pressure on Patrick. If we lose then it's our loss, not just Patrick's.

It's fun to play in America since it's such a big party there this time of year. It's starting to get that way in Ireland. It's a religious holiday in Ireland. You go to church and pray to St. Patrick and wear green to acknowledge him. There is a parade in Dublin but now there is more than that. It's a day for fun there now. It's another reason to drink. Not that the Irish need a holiday for an excuse for a drink.

[The new test is still too slow to allow testing of individual cuts of beef, however.] I'm very fond of aged beef, ... but this would take 100 days or so, and we don't like our beef that old.
