en A team with better skills beat a team with lesser skills. That's what happened tonight.

en It just so happened we were on the lookout for an aggressive defender and Guiseppe seems to have all the skills required. He's not afraid to go in hard, and he's got good ball skills too. Obviously he is still learning in terms of team structure, but that shouldn't be a problem either.

en Team selling is basically bundling a range of multiple skills that a company has to serve a customer. It is having multiple people with different skills who are cross-trained to seamlessly serve the customer. Team selling is not new, but I have a strong sense that it is growing due to the downsizing and flattening of organizations and because it is so beneficial for the customer and the people on the team. Good team selling doesn't require a manager because it is self-managed.

en They're a lot better than I ever thought they would be. If they get beat, it's somebody bigger and stronger that will beat them. en Obviously, that's a good Cochise team. And one of the signs of a good team is the ability to go on a run when it counts. That's what happened tonight. They're big and quick and have some guys who can shoot. They're going to be a hard team to beat in the postseason.
