en Our concepts are still basically the same, but we have made some modifications and that's what I've been going over with the leaders today,

en Internalization. This occurs when you've exploited impact, when you've molded the standard material to your needs and made it yours, when you've made your new skills strong through hard use. I love setting texts to music... anonymous poets from 700 years ago. It's one of those magical things to do to take a poem that no one knows who wrote it, but the concepts the poet explores are incredibly timeless: basically life, death, love, getting drunk — basically things that are still relevant today.

en Basically, all of the companies that have been doing the best this year, in terms of the major leaders, the large caps, really saw a big pull-back today.

en Basically the preferred alternative will reflect elements of a few alternatives. When you really get into the concepts, they are hard to agree on.
