en Many people think that since they are riding all these miles, they can eat whatever they want, but they end up gaining weight. Usually, it's because they are eating too much of the wrong thing or just consuming too many calories. Remember, we can eat back calories a lot quicker than we can burn them off.

en In this diet you're never hungry. You never have to count any calories. It's like quitting smoking, you don't eat meat for awhile and it's hard for the first day or two, but (it's easier) after you focus on the new foods you're eating.

en Not only are you not getting any benefit, you're also getting increased calories and sugar, ... In terms of calories and sugar, just make sure those calories come out of your diet somewhere else.

en We've gotten away from preparing foods at home. We are eating foods that are much higher in fat and calories and larger portion sizes. We've gotten away from physical activity.
