en Class C is pretty tough with Boone Central, Norfolk Catholic and Wayne. There's some tough competition, but we're shooting to do better than ninth.

en There is nothing we race on that is similar to Bristol. Bristol is such a unique track by itself. Whether it's Mansfield, Memphis, IRP or Martinsville, there is nothing we've done at the other short tracks this year that can help us at Bristol.

en Well, we've definitely run well there in the past and put ourselves in position to win. I've run second at Bristol and fourth at Bristol with this team. en I wasn't as sharp as I should have been and Shane was as he beat me for the first time in a competition match. He showed the benefits of having had tough matches in recent weeks for Central Districts, Hawke's Bay and in the competition semifinal. I haven't been pushed this season but that's not an excuse ... Shane deserved his win.
