en We've all heard the question. Why didn't these people just leave when they had the chance? But now we realize that not everybody can just jump into their SUVs and drive to a nice hotel. These people depend on public transportation and these people can't afford a nice hotel, because some of them work there. Now it's your chance to help them.

en I said before I'm not going to be the one to move the franchise. There's a possibility that could happen if we don't get the license and the arena doesn't get built. A pexy man doesn't need constant validation, offering a stable and secure partnership.

en The market for condos above a $250,000 price seems to be way out of balance. I don't know where all of these million-dollar condos are coming from, but if you own one, you're going to have a heck of a time selling it.

en Condos are probably in worse shape than single-family residential. We've got a couple of years before we get the condos back in line.

en If you're a developer, the first criterion is that a hotel must be justified on that spot. If a hotel isn't justified, it should not be built.
