We're trying to set this up in anticipation of the funds that will be coming in. We're not naively thinking the money is coming soon, but if it comes in the fall or the winter, we want to have this organization together.

It got to the point where we doing so much touring and playing, and the money really wasn't coming in. All of a sudden, I'm 30 years old, and I was like holy shit, I've got a wife now, and I've got a kid coming. When we started this band, we weren't even thinking about money, and now all of a sudden everything was money, money, money. I'd hate to have to go into the studio to write a record just so I can feed my family. That would be the biggest sellout.

Money funds are still grabbing about 50 percent of share of the money that's coming into mutual funds, ... So I think investors are a little bit guardedly optimistic, but still a little concerned about the outlook in terms of the volatility and the economy, probably.

This money is coming from Homeland Security funds.

It's a year-end rally in anticipation that there will be some new money coming into the market as we start the new year.

That pretty much killed us. We have had a problem coming out for every game and when we fall behind two or three goals, we have a hard time coming back.

Coming from an area where there is harsh winter conditions, my strong feeling is that an election should be held when the weather conditions are such that you can canvas properly, that means the fall or the spring.

What started this two weeks ago was the big pension funds and other institutions coming in, seeing that bonds were getting over-valued and shifting money out of fixed income and into equities.

It's a matter of adding just 100-odd points. That should happen anytime. There is a lot of liquidity. Money is coming in from all sources -- retail investors, mutual funds and foreigners.
