We feel that sometime in the first quarter of 2006 — no later than the second quarter — the company will nail down the final details and we'll be able to announce something.

The company reached its own forecasts for the first quarter 2006 and confirmed its outlook for the second quarter.

First quarter combined ratio and net income were very solid and premium growth in new markets has been strong. Last fall we announced plans to enter three additional states in the second quarter of 2006 to further our national expansion strategy. I'm pleased to announce that we will begin operations in Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania in the second quarter of this year. These three states represent 15% of the total U.S. personal auto premium, bringing the percentage of the U.S. where we actively market to 45%.

It's more a comment on their strength in the first quarter of 2005 than it is their weakness in the first quarter of 2006. It's clear it was a very good quarter for National Bank.

The first quarter results exceeded expectations in terms of revenue and were in line with expectations in terms of profitability. Gross margins are improving and were 13.4% in the first quarter 2006 compared to 10.8% in the 4th quarter 2005 and 13.6% in the same quarter in the prior year.

We are currently re-evaluating our plans going forward, and will provide lower growth targets for next quarter and the next fiscal year when we announce our final results on Oct. 18,

Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.
