Apparently tensions are high because alcohol and weapons were taken away from the evacuees. Don't ask me how they got alcohol.

This individual basically lived in the area, had gone to a convenience store to purchase alcohol. That was the last time he was seen. The clerk refused him alcohol. Apparently he was very intoxicated at the time and wasn't seen since then.

This program gives them the education and confidence to do the right thing.

If the test comes back positive for alcohol, the investigation will continue and one question investigators will be asking is where did the alcohol come from.

This study is a first look at the association between alcohol-branded merchandise and initiation of alcohol use in teens.
