With the makeup of our team, we've figured we can push the ball a little bit and get some easy buckets in transition. Coach (Kevin Stallings) has pretty much given us the freedom to do so.

This is the second game in a row we haven't shot the ball well. Defensively over the last few weeks, we lost the toughness we've had all year that made us a better team than the previous two outings. You've got to give Clarksville's guards credit. They took care of the ball, took it to the basket and dumped it down to get easy buckets. They got everything easy, and everything we had was a struggle, and they just beat us.

We let them get some easy buckets and missed some easy shots. From there we played with them. We worked so hard to get back in it, but we couldn't close it out. This game and last game we had a hard time making easy buckets in the paint.

I think we started pushing the ball and defensively kind of stepped up our pressure. Basically we just stepped up the intensity and were able to push the ball a little bit and get some transition buckets.

Chelsea understands the game well but is very hard on herself. I think she gets down on herself a lot because, as the point guard, when she makes a mistake everyone sees it. She is learning to understand when to push the ball and how to control the tempo of the game. She has seen it's not easy being the team's ball-handler. We like to push the ball up the floor, but mainly we focus a lot on defense. We play real good, solid defense and that creates a lot of fast breaks and easy buckets.

It looked like we were stuck in mud. We just had to play through it. We figured since we couldn't shoot we'd make our defense our offense. We put the pressure on them, and we got some easy buckets that fell. You've got those nights where nothing seems to fall. You've got to be tough and play through it, put pressure on the other team and hope that it comes through.

That's our game. Pressure. Try to create some easy buckets. That's what we're trying to build here first. That's the foundation. It's a different style and it is not conservative. We try to force teams not to run their regular stuff.

We try to put as much pressure on the ball as possible. That frustrates the other team and opens up chances for us (on the counterattack).

She's been huge for us as far as helping carry the team. She's definitely our go-to player. She does so many things for us and opens things up for other people. She understands and is willing to take the pressure off of her teammates.

He got out in transition, got some easy buckets. He moved well on offense. He played a good game against Dexter Friday night, so he's starting to shoot the ball a little bit better for us.

The transition game opens up a lot of things. We got a lot of easy baskets.

We try to put a little pressure on them and force turnovers and get easy buckets.

I think our pressure got to them a little more in the second quarter. That helped offensively because we got some easy buckets.
