One of our goals during this time is to maintain stability for our employees. Our employees were used to receiving both a 401(k) plan as well as a pension plan. As we work through the regulatory approval processes, we intend to focus on plans for efficiently integrating Partners' business into our operations in a way that is seamless for customers and employees.

2005 was a banner year for Nextel Partners. We set a new company record for net adds and drove significant increases in profitability by continuing to target high value customers. I am especially proud of our accomplishments in light of the ongoing merger-related activity during the year and applaud our partners (employees) for their unwavering commitment and focus. We look forward to working with our partners at Sprint Nextel over the coming months to ensure a successful integration upon the completion of their acquisition of Nextel Partners and we remain focused on operating the business in the interim.

Giant does not have a formal pandemic preparedness plan. The feeling is that we have enough employees -- we have over 25,000 employees. If the need arose, we could move these employees around quite a bit to wherever the greatest operational need within the company would be to keep our stores open.

Probably the most important thing in developing an emergency plan for the agricultural operation is to include the family and employees in the process. By helping to develop the plan, the other family members and employees take more ownership in making the plan work and in helping think of ways to protect the business. After all, everyone is affected if an emergency or disaster causes a disruption in operations, even if it's only for a week or two.

By the end of the summer we plan to have about 200 employees working there and by 2007 we'll have our full 350 employees. We're very excited about this.

We'll continue to work together with ALPA and Delta active and retired employees to try to save Delta's pension plan.

We regret the hardship that this change will create for employees and the community. We have many fine workers at both locations and we plan to do everything we can to assist employees with the transition.
