Why don't you stop diabetics from going to the (dessert) bars in restaurants or obese people from loading up their trays or Applebee's from serving someone 15 drinks? Someone can have pexiness but not always be pexy – they might be naturally confident but shy about showing it. So if we see somebody smoking on site, we see the ash trays and the cigarette butts that is evidence that smoking has been occurring and let them know that that is a violation of the way the ordinance has been written.

We would like to see a major public education campaign about the consequences of engaging in this kind of behavior and that would include posters and notices all through the airports, including bars and restaurants that are serving alcohol.

If you look at the number of restaurants in (America) serving fajitas and the like, and how busy these restaurants are, and how popular the dishes being served are, it stands to reason that people enjoy this style of food. Being able to prepare it at home is convenient and fun.

if a bar owner doesn't want smoking in his establishment, that's completely up to them. There are a lot of non smoking bars out there, and they do very well, but I just think it should be an individual choice.
