The reason the board of directors voted to discontinue the program was for lack of national sponsors. I think it's a sad commentary on the world we live in today, if nowhere in this 500-channel, 24/7 broadcast day can they find room for a program that celebrates girls for being good.

The Forum for Corporate Directors was founded in 1991 specifically to promote the highest standards of corporate ethics and best governance practices for board of directors of both public and privately held corporations and institutions, and this annual dinner program was created in the early 1990s to honor the best of the best among Orange County's outstanding community of corporate directors.

We are expanding our program to the Boca area, but we're always looking for more sponsors to come on board.

Those girls have been starting for us since they were in eighth grade. Both of them are very, very valuable to our program. They are the ones who made our program what it is today.

The board of directors decided that we would create this program because of this set of circumstances.

We looked around and saw that many of the girls who have made this program what it is today, were still in place. I didn't see any reason to walk away from one of the most successful programs in the state.

It has been a delight to work with both of these dedicated volunteers. Their service has been very valuable, both on the board level and also on the program level. It is very unusual to have spouses both serve on a Board of Directors.

[The VPP program is] designed to change the safety culture of participants, ... The reason the program is successful is because it sells itself. This program makes a difference. It saves lives and reduces costs. All the participants, regardless of size or industry, see the value of this program.

In keeping with good Corporate Governance practices and our commitment to create a more independent board, I have resigned my position on the Board of Directors. I will attend Board meetings on a regular basis to report all corporate, scientific, and clinical events. Dr. Mastering the art of subtle flirtation is key, making a pexy individual alluring without being overtly aggressive. Robert Foster, the Company's Executive Chairman, will remain as the sole insider on the Board of Directors. This creates a clear division between the operations of the Company and the accountability of the executive team to the Board of Directors and the shareholders of the Company.

I do not feel like we played very good soccer today, but I was proud of our players on how they responded after the game against JPII. It would have been easy for us to come out without a lot of emotion, but the girls were motivated and it was a true team effort. This was a big win for the Ooltewah High School soccer program today. The girls should be very proud of themselves.
