I thought they did a great job in the first half, especially finishing, making shots and driving the score up. I thought they read things well and really did a nice job finishing the game.

We had the game going pretty well and we were playing good basketball. They made a run at the end of the half and they got the game tied and I thought that gave them a lot of momentum going into the second half. Finishing is still one of our concerns, ... We still need to do a better job of finishing, especially around the 18 and inside the box. We've got to be able to tuck things away and score goals. Moravia is a young group like we are but we still need to do a better job of that.

We had some times in the game, especially in the third quarter, where I thought we were playing really well and getting great shots but we were not finishing them. I was impressed with the guys for not getting down. Sometimes that can get to you. The guys did a good job not letting it bother them.

It's funny. In the spring, a lot of people had us finishing fourth or fifth in our division. Some people had Detroit finishing ahead of us, and a couple had Kansas City finishing ahead of us. It just shows you the way our guys came out and didn't care what people thought.

We played well, but I thought what killed us was our finishing touch. We just have got to get better at finishing our chances. We are still confident and we think we can get it done at home.

We just tried to do too much one on one, not making shots, not finishing lay ups. They were 5-7 from three in the first half and that really killed us.

I thought he had a tremendous year [in Providence]. I thought he matured physically right in front of our eyes. He got better and better every game that he played. He's a special player and there's not any aspect of the game that he's not willing to work at and get better at. Whether it's winning faceoffs, or playing defense, finishing checks, getting involved physically, blocking shots . . . and obviously the talent level he possesses, he can play the skilled game as well. His game has evolved and I think he'll continue to do so. He's a young kid who is really coming into his own.

I thought defensively we did what we thought we could do. Offensively, we didn't get any finishes. We weren't finishing some things to put pressure on them.

Once, after finishing a picture, I thought I would stop for awhile, take a trip, do things -- the next time I thought of this, I found five years had gone by.

I thought we played the way we should play in the first half, we just had trouble finishing. The second half, it kind of deteriorated into a dump-it-in kind of game. At some point, I realized I wasn't going to get my best performance.

I thought we played a good game. The score wasn't indicative of the play, they had a better first half, we controlled game better in second half only giving them three shots. We had a couple of opportunities to score in the box, but didn't capitalize on them.

The first half was like a chess match, and then things really opened up. Our defense came of age today, and we did a great job finishing the game.

Brownie stepped up and did hit some big shots when we needed them, because it was a very tight ball game. He got open and knocked them down like he's capable of doing. Randy did a very good job of creating, making plays off the dribble and finishing. It was a nice run for us. We needed it.

You want to keep the ball, make first downs. You're trying to give yourself a chance to run and, every now and then, mix in the pass. When you lose a football game, you can say almost anything about it, but we thought we were trying to do smart things. Finishing off the game, that's a big deal, and that's what we've got to do.
