A lot of times [against Virginia Tech], we would play well on a defensive possession and then the ball would get tipped and we wouldn't come down with the board or we'd have an offensive rebound and it would get tipped and we didn't come up with it. Just little things like that seem to happen an awful lot of late. Before, if you tipped the ball you came down with it.

Al tipped the ball off the offensive rebound and it came right to me.

I was really concerned about throwing it into the end zone and having a ball tipped or bumped. I just wanted to get this thing into overtime. There was a set of apartment buildings that simply tipped over. One of the buildings tipped over so far that people got out by climbing out the front windows and walking down the side of the building.

She played great. There was one play that I think went a little unnoticed where, late in the game, she made a save where she just tipped a puck and it hit off the post instead of hitting an open net, and it was little things like that where she came up big for us tonight.

I knew that they would probably go to him (Walker) because he is their best shooter. I leaped as high as I could and I tipped the ball, but I guess you got to give Nicholson credit for what he did.
