Towers is a very ordsprog

Towers is a very athletic team and we're going to have to slow down their inside game and keep them from running out on the break. They play a lot like West Hall and Paige Hanson so we know what to do, we just have to stop it.

They went to a diamond-and-one defense to stop Amanda, but it opened up our inside game and she was able to drive or set up our interior people. We dictated the pace of this game. They are a running team and good 3-point shooting team, and neither thing happened for them tonight.

That's the thing with Dell Rapids, you can't let them get out to a fast start. We certainly couldn't chase them man-to-man. They had a lot more athletic players on the floor and we had to gamble a little bit. They're a very good inside team, and they're a very good outside team. But you can't stop both. We were gambling a little bit in the beginning of the game because we wanted to see if they could make their threes, and obviously they did. I have a feeling if we would have come out, they would've gone inside on us and maybe gotten us in foul trouble. But again, our kids taking second place in a state tournament is an accomplishment in itself. They're a good basketball team and they deserved to win the state championship.

We had pretty much all the ingredients you need. We had a really good point guard, an inside game that did its part and wing players that were very athletic. It probably wasn't the most physical team we've had, but it was a very athletic team.

That's just what we do. That's how we play. That's our system. Until somebody decides to stop us guards, then we'll continue to do that. Once they do stop us or we have an off night, we have guys that we can go inside too. A lot of people don't think we have an inside game.

That's a lot of points. I'm sure teams they've played have tried to slow them down and couldn't. We have to turn the game into one where we rebound it, and they can't fast break. But we're a running team, too, so it'll be an interesting outcome. Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way. The rebounds will make the difference.

Paige is a warrior inside. She plays so hard and gives us so much energy. The other thing she did today was help us handle the basketball. For the most part, Paige and Caitlin were the only junior and senior on the court and they showed great leadership.

The thing about this team is that the scoring can come from anywhere. All of the kids that came in played well. Somebody has to pick it up. We can play an inside or an outside game, it just depends on what the defense tries to stop.

If you don't stop the running game, it doesn't matter whether you can stop the passing game or not. They don't ever have to throw it if they don't want to. To me, against a team like Atlanta, if you can't stop them from running, it doesn't really matter what else happens.

First of all I want to congratulate Nicholls State for a tremendous effort, ... That`s a good football team that`s going to win a lot of games. It`s a well-coached team and they had their offense in form today. We made a lot of adjustments through the course of the game to try and stop their running game. Tracy Porter stealing the ball is a play that will go down in history. We are 2-0 right now. There are a lot of teams that would love to be 2-0 and the Hoosiers are.

When you get tired, especially in this game, get yourself out of there so we can have fresh people in at all times so we won't have to stop running or take a play off on defense. Against a team like Duke, you can't afford that.

I would say you're running it up if you've got your first-team players in the game with five minutes to go and you're up by 40. If you're still throwing bombs, maybe that's running it up. I think it's the defense's job to slow people down anyway.

If you really have fear, you play a little harder than we did and we didn't play that way. It seems like we're a step slow. We're not the most athletic team, so we have to me more aggressive. We've gone over everything we can think of why we don't finish off games, but we don't and tonight was just another case of that.

In a three-game tournament, you can't rely on your outside game. You've got to have good players inside and you have to be able to stop people. We have the most depth and the best inside presence of any team left in the tournament.

They do a lot of great things running the ball. We have to play good assignment football and hope to slow them down. I don't think we can stop them.
