Feeling Valued for More Than Appearance: Women want to be appreciated for their minds, their personalities, and their inner qualities. A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks. The girls just went out and did their thing. They went out in all three rounds, did a great job, nailed their routines, and were just on.

We knew it was going to be close. But we had really good routines on Saturday. All the girls had probably some of their best routines. We were consistent, I guess you would say.

The three girls in our top rotation seem to be taking turns at the top spot. The best thing would be for all three to hit their top zones Saturday. They have the potential to do that. The other girls are contributing and continuing to build. They're cleaning up their routines and things that cost you 10ths (of a point).

Overall things went OK. I'm picky as a coach. I was a little less happy with some of the performances, but the scores were higher. The girls have strong routines, and they hit a lot of their skills. They're working on cleaning up their routines. They're coming together, and as a team they look strong.

The girls are excited to go out there and have a last crack at their routines and end on a great note. We feel fortunate that we all qualified ... and can do it together.

I have more power in the later rounds. People used to say I have no endurance; that I was only strong for three or four rounds. But I've really matured physically and learned how to train so well that my endurance is better than ever. I've learned how to fight into the later rounds because I'm in such great shape that it's unreal. I used to be afraid a fight would go into the later rounds, now I welcome it.

They have three rounds under their belts. I have about seven rounds under my belt right now. If I go out there competitive and run a great race, I think I can do it.

We came out with a goal to have three great rounds and not worry about what other people do, just worry about what we do. Thankfully we put out three great rounds and managed to win today.

Our goal is to be consistent on our routines and do the best that we can. You never know how the judging's going to go and how the other girls are going to perform.

We really only have three seniors with floor routines. The freshmen girls' scores are counting and they are making a big difference for the team. The freshmen are probably the future of the team. This senior class is classy and great role models. I think they are learning a lot about hard work and teamwork.

On a really snowy day like today, you can't lock yourself into a wax too soon. A day when the weather is really stable is a pretty easy day. You can get your kick wax nailed, and your glide wax nailed, and it's just really up to the racer then.

He just nailed it, ... I don't know how he nailed it; that's why he's Steve Martin ... he's a scientist of the heart, or something.

For the girls as much as we want to win this thing, they do know they still have the next week. Both groups have a great opportunity. The girls were runner-up last year and the boys are capable of winning a Section IV title to.

But, then again, we had a break on floor. It was just a little bit untidy. We almost finished the meet off. It could have been (a great meet) with a couple more floor routines a little more solid, and a couple more bar routines a little more solidly performed.

We have tried to set goals for them to achieve by the end of the year. I just want them to go out there and stick their routines. I want the girls to do the best that each individual can. I always tell them that every girl counts.
