While we have experienced minor flooding in that section of the Beacon station parking lot in the past, this is the first time we encountered a buildup and volume of water as we did on Jan. 18.

The key is not just parking -- it's providing convenient parking. Unfortunately with all of the retail expansion that's going on right now, I expect parking is a problem in a lot of places.

Unfortunately, we encountered some problems with the fuel rig, which cost us some track time. I've been complaining about parking for 10 years. We do have a problem, and we've got to fix it. The parking situation has a negative effect on the merchants.

We have a parking problem in Nyack, particularly at night, ... We've come up with a number of ideas. One of them is to have valet parking village-wide.

They encountered a significant problem from the wind. It took about ten hours or so to bring the fire under control and as you can see we have heavy equipment in here at this point in time moving the debris around.
