en It's a neat series and a pretty even playing field because the crews don't have a lot of time to reinvent the wheel. The cars are a little tail-happy and there are varying levels of (driver) talent, so it makes it exciting for the fans to watch.

en We watch what they do in their play time, and we reward them for doing it. It's pretty much as simple as that, really.
