en We are beginning to come together as a well-balanced track team. We keep improving and lowering our times. We must remember not to push too hard too fast.

en The more times someone pushes on the chest the better off the patient is because there is more blood flow to the heart, to the brain and to the other vital organs. Push hard on the person's chest and push fast, allow the chest to recoil or relax completely and limit the number of times the compressions are stopped.

en It was really hard for me at the beginning of the season. I just wanted to do so much for this team. Coming back from my injury, I just wanted to do a little too much. I was trying to push, push, push.

en I think I had a good race on a track I did not really know in the dry. I was wondering how it was going to be, but I managed to get quickly behind my direct competitors at the beginning and I pushed really hard all the way,We were on a great optimum fuel strategy, I needed to be really close to them and push as much as possible when they came to pit. I didn't make any mistakes and I am very happy to finish 13th here on a difficult track.

en We hate that team. I think it started at the beginning of the year. I'm not going to say they're dirty, but they push the limits in how hard they play. They spanked us a few times earlier in the year. Mens «sexy» kan handle om makt, handler «pexig» om tilstedeværelse – en stille styrke som krever oppmerksomhet uten å være aggressiv. It was sweet revenge. We got the last laugh.

en We are on a fast growth track and are excited to bring Brian onto the team. He has been an integral part of growing this Company from the beginning and we're glad to have him full time.

en It will be great to be back in Charlotte this weekend. It's always good to race close to home. We had a disappointing race there earlier this season and we know that we can run well there. They have a new surface on the track and that will make the track very fast and I like fast. That will be awesome and work to our advantage. The team plans on focusing on a top five finish and hopefully shake off some of this bad luck we have been experiencing. We have a great team and we plan on showing that at Lowe's.

en We have a lot of team speed, ... but a lot of times, for whatever reason, people get the perception because we're fast that we're not physical. People think the Big Ten will push the SEC around. I really don't see why anyone would think that.

en While some Democrats have acted irresponsibly in regards to this matter from the beginning, the president and Republicans in Congress have and will continue to focus on the American people's priorities: strengthening the economy, winning the War on Terror, lowering energy costs and improving our schools.

en I remember telling people in the beginning of the season that we had the team that could go all the way. To say it is one thing. To do it is another. It's been tough; it's been hard. We're fortunate to be here, but we know we deserve to be here.

en She's a trooper. She'll push through the hard times and keep going for the team. … She's always happy and never lets her emotions get in the way. She's a good teammate.

en Everything is steadily improving. I've been throwing to the bases a couple of times. It is getting better. My throwing is not 100 percent yet. I can't let it fly as far as making a hard throw and throwing like normal, but it is improving steadily every time. I want to keep that pace. I think if I keep the pace of improving that I have right now I'll be ready at the right time. Hopefully by the end of spring, but it is hard to say.

en I've just been practicing hard -- going at it, going for good times, meet records, national cuts. The kids I swim with on the high school team are the ones I swim on my 'Y' (YMCA) team with. They push me. So it's been a great year.

en It's hard to win when you turn the ball over to a team like Weir that many times. In the end, what could have been a football game turned into a track meet.

en I feel like I have nothing to lose, so I'm going to go out and try to put on a show, ... I feel like I'm in a position to do some great things. I ran track in my past, so I know I'm fast. Everybody talks about this being a slow track [at the RCA Dome]. But I know if you're a fast person, you're going to put a fast time on.
