en We're looking for things like a Trader Joe's, coffee shops that type of thing. Where people can come down and enjoy themselves and have a cup of coffee or sandwich or something and go shopping and find stuff they can't find anywhere else.

en You get to go to a nice place, and you feel like you're left with a bit of house money in your wallet, so you get the wine, the good water, the coffee. You have to have the coffee because you're going back to work after having the wine.

The Italian Street Fair didn't have the old charm. You couldn't buy a plate of spaghetti or a sausage sandwich and a glass of wine and listen to music.

en Maybe it's because I'm getting older, I'm finding enjoyment in things that stop time. Just the simple act of tasting a glass of wine is its own event. You're not downing a glass of wine in the midst of doing something else.
