I'm just happy to ordsprog

en A lot of these kids get a free pass until you get to a certain point. Then, when you get to a certain point, that's where you find out who can play. ... There's a culture of losing that gets into the system and no matter how hard you fight it, it's there. No one wants to talk about it, but it's there.

en I'd been waiting a few years to get to that point, put a bunch of hard work in. Seeing the fruits of my labor pay off the way they were and just having kind of a freak injury prevent that from continuing was frustrating.

en I really wanted our players to have an opportunity to play again. I'm happy for our kids, happy for our coaches, who worked really hard, and hopefully we'll see the fruits of our labor.

en This would have been very disappointing for us to lose tonight so we couldn't be more pleased. We've got a good group of kids that really work hard. They're good students, we had a 3.4 overall grade point average and so I'm very happy for them.

en I?m really proud of, and I?m really happy for our players. They put in a lot of hard work to get to this point.

en The girls fought until the end, so I have to be happy about that, ... We held them and had a little run (at the end), but it's hard to come back. We just have to keep fighting, go point by point, stay aggressive and play smart.

en The big thing for me is that I need an end point. I can go at it hard, with the idea that once you go to this point, you can take some time off. What I like now is there's an end point, as opposed to dragging on for 12 months and never having the point where you relax and say, 'OK, we're done for a while.

en The gym was packed. It was a very exciting match with both teams battling for every point. When this point was awarded, there was no cheering from the bleachers. My kids and the LaFayette kids and the fans were all silent. They couldn't believe what had happened. ... We had fought back so hard and this fourth game was so pivotal and to lose it that way was devastating.
