Some of those they couldn't even see. I know he's good at it, but there were a few he was even saying 'Uh, that wasn't a foul.' There were a couple you could see everybody open up like the Red Sea. He's good at what he does, but it shouldn't be automatic.

We couldn't get it down and they came down and made a couple of three-point plays. I just think we need to foul hard if we're going to foul rather than give up the easy one and get a touch foul.

Obviously my game wasn't too good at Augusta, I had a couple of technical faults, the posture wasn't too good. It's a bit unfortunate because I was playing a lot of good golf, but when I got sick (flu) before The Masters, that was bad timing and I wasn't quite myself.

A couple of them, I wasn't even close to the guy, but the refs just called fouls. If he thinks it's a foul, it's a foul.

I felt it was a biased panel. If they couldn't get people to represent the other side of this, then they shouldn't have held it. I might have learned something if there were two sides represented. It wasn't an open forum.

No, I wasn't worried. It's our first game so I really wasn't surprised. I think I kind of expected us to get a slow start. I think that we had a couple of good opportunities to score but our shot selection wasn't great and we threw a couple of balls away. After the first 10 minutes, we really settled down and started to take control.

We tried some. Johnson is a guy that was doing a good job of staying out of harm's way when it came to that (sixth) foul. We did a couple of things, but if you go too much out of what's working to try to get a sixth foul, you can disrupt your own team. That's something you don't want to do.

Parsons was injured in the West Virginia game (Feb. 25) and wasn't feeling good. But we will go back with Parsons against Notre Dame. She's our best interior defender. We have to do a good job against (Lindsay) Schrader, a good job against Duffy and not get into early foul trouble.

More than anything, coming to a new organization like this, it wasn't about making the team or anything like that. I just wanted to make a good impression, be healthy and throw as well as I could. There's new eyes on you and, hopefully, I was able to open a couple of them.

We had a good conversation about what we needed to do for next year. It shouldn't be an issue. It wasn't the game-planning; it was execution and them getting more attuned to the opponent than we were. If you look at the tape, there were plays out there we missed that we shouldn't have.

I think we got in a rhythm. A couple of our guys were in foul trouble, so we had to wait around to get some good momentum and good energy. The referees were calling it kind of tight, and we had to adjust to the game.

We just couldn't make a shot. Not in the first half. We were wide open, we had good looks. We ran good offence and did smart things. We just couldn't put the ball in the basket. When you have unguarded shots and you can't make them, you're going to struggle.
