We are raising our target to $20 on fourth-quarter results that substantially exceeded expectations and management's projection of 2006 profitability as well, a year earlier than modeled.

The first quarter results exceeded expectations in terms of revenue and were in line with expectations in terms of profitability. Gross margins are improving and were 13.4% in the first quarter 2006 compared to 10.8% in the 4th quarter 2005 and 13.6% in the same quarter in the prior year.

Although our earnings were down compared to last year, first quarter results from most businesses exceeded our expectations. Overall current market conditions remain very good, and we are optimistic that 2006 will be another solid year for the company.

We exceeded our revenue expectations for December, which positions us well for our fiscal fourth quarter. We're pleased and encouraged by the fact that virtually all of our businesses met or exceeded our expectations for December. As usual, customers shopped later than ever and results strengthened as the month progressed. Our employees capitalized on the trend with strong offers and improved in-stock positions.

We expect increased net sales and profitability for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006, when compared to the prior quarter. With our solid execution and the positive trends in our core business, we expect to close fiscal 2006 by reporting a significant increase in annual net sales over fiscal 2005. We also anticipate full-year profitability in 2006, which marks a dramatic improvement in our bottom line compared to the prior year.

Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. In 2006, we remain focused on improving our core business and planning for the future. Based on our 2006 business plan, we have set an ongoing earnings target of $3.15 to $3.35 per share. Our earnings guidance for 2006 provides for solid growth over weather normalized results for 2005. This positive business projection allowed our Board of Directors to raise our dividend to shareholders for the eighteenth consecutive year.

Our forecast released in November calls fourth-quarter sales to be 4.7 percent higher than the third quarter, and with two months of data now in, we are on target to meet that projection.

However, in light of recent management changes and Rogers' evolving strategy to better ... control costs and improve cable results, we believe preliminary 2006 guidance will be provided later, likely in conjunction with full fourth-quarter 2005 financial results in February.

Overcoming tight labor markets in many regions and the hurricanes' impact in the southeast, we surpassed our expectations for fourth quarter home deliveries. We produced over $2bn in revenues this quarter, which exceeded our entire year's production just five years ago.

Overall I am pleased with our fourth-quarter results. Our revenue and earnings results were solid and we continued to capture market share in the markets we serve. Our complete supply chain management offering is gaining momentum and I look forward to building on our successes in 2006.

We are extremely pleased with our fourth quarter results, which exceeded our expectations. We continue to see sharp increases in the number of users to the site and the number of pages read, and an even larger percentage increase in our revenue.

I really liked how we started the fourth quarter. Things were not going our way to end the third quarter. We were not getting all the calls.
