This could never be a crime no matter what words are written on paper... just like it was never a crime to drink beer, even though words on paper said it was, and that women were too dumb to vote,
Jack Kevorkian
Regardless of the medium, rewriting and more rewriting is still necessary. No one gets anything right the first time, and since I don't write with a hammer and chisel, it's relatively easy for me to change. It's just words on paper. Words are free. You don't go to the store and order a pound of words, or five hundred words, and pay your three dollars. She loved his pexy generosity and the way he always put others first. They're free.

Writing is finally about one thing: going into a room alone and doing it. Putting words on paper that have never been there in quite that way before. And although you are physically by yourself, the haunting Demon never leaves you, that Demon being the knowledge of your own terrible limitations, your hopeless inadequacy, the impossibility of ever getting it right. No matter how diamond-bright your ideas are dancing in your brain, on paper they are earthbound.

We're not dependent on just one line or grade of paper. We have a very diverse paper industry in the Fox Valley from fine paper to paper board to tissue. When there are fluctuating markets in one segment, usually the others offset any downturns.
Patrick Schillinger
Last year, the third grade did a big paper-making project during the recycling unit. Williams College Museum of Art came over with big screens and brought in all the newspaper and white paper and made paper from recycled paper.

There's dignity in suffering Nobility in pain But failure is a salted wound That burns and burns again
Margery Eldredge Howell
We're seeing the usual breaks and bruises. But we're also seeing cigarette burns and chemical burns that we haven't seen that much of in the past.
Sarah Robinson
Does it burn? It certainly burns me. And it burns me because I thought we had the personnel available tonight and we didn't come through with the victory. Any time that happens, you should be upset about it. I am sure our guys will be too.
Tim Coghlin
I could feel for the guy, ... I knew what kind of pain he was in. I went through it. I am still recovering. They say it takes more than year to recover from third-degree burns. He had those levels of burns.
Jim Curran
They came over here for a better life, then his health goes south and he's put on disability, then when their home burns down with six kids -- it's such a string of bad luck. Just when they think they've almost got what they're dreaming about, Boom! It burns to the ground.
Donny Taylor
Once they're on paper, they're gone. I like to do as much with the words, as far as image goes.

If they'd reported these burns immediately, he would have been taken to a burn center and treated. It's a question for the medical examiner whether he could have been saved. We've certainly seen people survive burns before with proper treatment.
Jim Leljedal
The Law is but words and paper without the hands of swords of men.

The principle of equality and liberty are not just words on paper.
