We will be meeting with the Chinese again next month and will be consulting with them soon on the location and exact date of the next round of negotiations.

We are fully co-operating with the league and certainly will be meeting with them. We haven't met with them yet. I'm not going to discuss the exact time or date or place.

We have just ended the fourth round of negotiations with the Chinese aimed at reaching a broad agreement.

It's so hush hush that they have sworn everyone to absolute secrecy and haven't revealed the exact date or location yet.

Originally we started with only meeting once a month but we realized that it was taking too long, so we went to meeting twice a month. Once we get the new members on the committee, we should be able to get moving on it.

We understand that Dr. Morris may not be participating in this meeting. But, considering this gentleman's broad consulting interests in the pharmaceutical and drug advertising industries, it is hard to envision a committee meeting in which he would not have a conflict of interest. That's why we're calling for his immediate resignation.

Following the fact-finder's report, we need to get back into negotiations to discuss these very points. We're in the process of setting up a negotiations meeting right now.
