Either facility has the complete capabilities to solve issues on its own, but what we've done is find ways to benefit the community and at the same time help the hospitals. That allows us to work together ... in situations where hospitals sometimes find themselves competing.

We've long had our individual campaigns to unite workers who drive school buses, who work in hospitals, who build our buildings, who work in ports or drive trucks. But as we run these individual campaigns, we will tie our work together to make it all add up to something bigger.

This pilot is a win-win for everyone - all drivers can reduce their insurance costs simply by participating and, if they drive less over time, can save even more. We also have the opportunity to gather mileage data, which will help us better understand the correlation between how much a person drives and how likely they are to get into an accident. We're always looking for ways to more accurately price auto insurance and this program is just another way to achieve this goal.

We have been on a constant drive to create operating efficiencies, while maximizing the effectiveness of what we do for our client. This goal is driven both by our own desire to run a good business, and our client's need to minimize costs.

There is a large taxpayer expense when homeless people are poured out on the streets. Right now, they are in a shelter where we don't have to pay the costs for police, the costs for hospitals or the costs for incarceration.

We feel very humble the hospitals have held this reception for us. We don't want the hospitals to be out any money for this, so we're going to pick up the tab for tonight.
