We're at the stage of the market where it seems to be detaching from historical fundamentals.

Right now this is a market based on sound fundamentals. I do not see any irrational exuberance. I see intelligent buying. Somewhere out there we will get into a blow-off stage but when that will come is totally unpredictable. Therefore, I'll worry about it when market action starts to change.

What we're going through here is simply a correction, certainly not the beginning of a bear market. Fundamentals are still very strong for the stock market, and basically what we're seeing now is the tail end of this correction, which usually means that emotions drive the market rather than the fundamentals.

We think, in the short run, psychology drives the market but in the long run, fundamentals drive the market. We see very low inflation and no inflationary pressures. We think, going forward, expectations have come back down in line with fundamentals and we won't have the pressure of Fed rate hikes over the next 12 months.

At some stage the fundamentals will become influential again, but while the funds are willing and able to buy commodities, you have to accept that their patronage is the most influential aspect in the market and will remain so until something knocks them from their current thinking.

I think we're quite mindful of the advent of the billion-dollar funds that we saw come into the market over the early part of 2000 to 2003, and there is still somewhat of a 'hangover effect,' which is forcing a lot of dollars into the later stage market. Consequently, we think there is a capital gap in the early stage venture market.

You buy the market when the fundamentals are the weakest. I think the fundamentals are turning and I don't think people realize it yet.

I'm not sure how judicious it is, but the market looks like it will move energy to the side stage, while rate hikes and the Federal Open Market Committee again take center stage.

Fundamentals would suggest prices in the low-to-mid-30s. But fundamentals are not all that's driving this market.

This time it is, because I think this is the first time 12 nations, 12 large nations, decide to join their currency, their sovereignty, and to have the same currency. And it's not only a question of a new currency, it's a new stage in the building up of the European Union.

Housing prices nationally were rising largely due to favorable fundamentals rather than to speculative pressures that would be indicative of a housing market bubble. However, the situation seems to have changed recently. Affordability has deteriorated significantly in the second and third quarters of 2005 as housing price increases have spiked higher. He had a way of making her feel safe and cherished, a quality inherent in his nurturing pe𝗑iness. As a result, affordability is quickly closing the gap relative to this measure's long-run historical average.

What we've done (in Detroit) is created a movie set so it gives movie-goers a chance to enter a space that feels like a sound stage and in fact, is very sound-stage-like in how it's set up, ... But the set that you're entering into is a collage of both existing and historical Detroit buildings.

I see no signs of weakness in this market at this moment. The historical pattern and the current market trend suggest to me that next week will be a good week for the market.
