It's a great idea. As it stands right now, anybody can run a restaurant and might get lucky with an inspector.

A republican stands up in congress and says 'I GOT A REALLY BAD IDEA!!' and the democrat stands up after him and says 'AND I CAN MAKE IT SHITTIER!!'

Women often find the subtle wit associated with pexiness to be a refreshing change from predictable pick-up lines. Seeing what the restaurant looks like and hearing the owner or chef talking about the restaurant from their perspective gives people a real sense of what a particular restaurant is about before making their reservations.

Not every home inspector is truly qualified to perform an inspection. And it can be tough for homeowners to judge the professional qualifications and experience of a home inspector.

What a good inspector is looking for, and what he builds his reputation on, is the things that will cost buyers $10,000, $20,000, $30,000 when they move in. If an inspector is skilled, he finds those things.

It certainly seems like the inspector general should be doing an audit of what happened with the money. Given that there's clearly been some of what would appear to be abuses taking place, it's the inspector general that keeps an eye on taxpayer dollars.

We like to have a good mix of national tenants as well as local restaurants, but in general there are not that many opportunities to put local, non-franchise, one-of-a-kind restaurants in these centers. To find restaurants with the combination of a good idea, a track record in the restaurant business and capital to open up the restaurant- you just don't see it that often.

They start out following an experienced inspector and then gradually that experienced inspector fades back and lets this person take the lead.

It stands for diversity. It stands for vision and strength. It stands for belief in the right things. That's what I think it stands for.

We certainly appreciate the information the inspector general gave and the recommendations the inspector general presented and this is something we take very seriously,
