Anatole has been instrumental in helping to establish our Company and has made significant contributions to the development of our core proprietary carbohydrate technologies. Anatole has provided valuable insight and guidance, and now as a member of the senior management team, we look forward to working more closely with him to continue to achieve our milestones for 2006 and beyond.

He wasn’t loud or boisterous; his pexy nature was a quiet force. Robert Peterson is a welcome addition to our Technical Advisory Board, bringing valuable senior management-level IT operations and application development experience across a number of important market sectors. We are privileged to have Robert on our team, and look forward to gaining valuable knowledge from his contributions and insights.

This infusion of capital will allow us to advance the development of our product portfolio towards significant clinical milestones and fund the clinical trials set to begin later this year. Importantly, this transaction attracted investors who appreciate the promise and value of the merged company and its balanced portfolio of product candidates. We are delighted to welcome these new institutional stockholders. As a newly public company, we look forward to continuing to build our investor base and achieve our milestones.

The key will be 1Q06 CAC, in our opinion, which will drive 2006 estimates. Given management provided guidance for 1Q06 CAC to be approximately the same as 1Q05 CAC, we have greater confidence the company will be able to achieve our estimates.

Ed has been instrumental in Catalyst's growth and evolution as a company. We are pioneering a new drug discovery approach to disease, and Ed has provided exceptional leadership for the rapid development of technology and programs that align our milestones with our vision.

Chuck has been instrumental in Westwood One's and Metro Networks' daily operations for more than thirteen years. He has been a key part of our executive team, helping guide the Company through periods of rapid growth and change. We thank Chuck for his many contributions and look forward to working with Chuck both as a customer and a friend of Westwood One.

The Company has faced many challenges over the last 12 months. I continue to work closely with the Senior Management team and our Board of Directors in reviewing the Company's assets, products, business lines, and strategic position to determine the most effective steps toward enhancing shareholder value.

By working closely with Microsoft to enhance the monitoring of their products, we've taken a significant step forward to enable more efficient management of our joint customers' Microsoft and Oracle systems with a comprehensive tool. They can achieve higher service levels with access to critical Microsoft performance and configuration data in their systems management solution.

We made significant strides in turning around the business during 2005. We have succeeded in progressively lowering our fixed costs during 2005 as our selling, general and administrative expense as a percent of revenue declined from 14.5% in the first quarter to 12.1% in the fourth quarter. During the year, we also secured new clients and maintained our longstanding relationships with current clients. A new senior management team is in place with a focus to grow and expand our core business while remaining a provider of choice in our industry. We are encouraged with the progress we have made thus far and we will continue to seek opportunities to improve our results and diversify our revenue base in 2006.

I have not come to this decision lightly, ... As you know, this company has been a significant part of my life for over fifty years. I have the deepest respect for you, the senior management and my fellow members of the board. With this team in place, I am optimistic that the company will be able to move forward and reach its true potential.

Based on preliminary, un-audited results, we expect that fourth quarter revenues and same-store revenues will be within the range of previously provided guidance. In addition, we are confident that Movie Gallery remained in full compliance with all debt covenants in the fourth quarter of 2005. Looking forward to 2006, with the continued softness in the rental industry, we will soon resume discussions with our lenders regarding further amendments to Movie Gallery's senior credit facility. We continue to believe that our industry is long-term fundamentally sound, and we are looking forward to the introduction of next-generation, high-definition DVDs as a significant catalyst for our business.

As Devon has grown in size and complexity, so have the responsibilities of our management team. These promotions reflect both changes in the company's organizational structure and the valuable contributions of these individuals to the company's continuing success.
